§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service govern the use of the SYNTHESIS Solutions website and the general conditions for the provision of services by SYNTHESIS Solutions SAS. By accessing the website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
- These Regulations define the rights and obligations of the Users of the Platform as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Administrator as the entity managing and running the Platform. These regulations are available free of charge.
- The Administrator provides services by electronic means in accordance with these Regulations and the applicable provisions of law. Any deviation from these terms must be agreed upon in a separate written contract for services.
- The User is obliged to comply with these Regulations from the moment of starting to use the services offered through the Platform. The content presented is the intellectual property of the Administrator and is protected by law.

- User – Any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, who uses the services provided on the Platform.

- Services – Any service provided electronically by the Administrator, particularly consulting and development services related to artificial intelligence.
- Regulations – Refers to these Terms of Service.
§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided
- The Administrator provides B2B services, including the design, development, and integration of custom artificial intelligence systems for enterprises. The exact scope of services for each client is defined in a separate, individual contract that specifies project deliverables, timelines, and costs.
- The website provides information about the company's offerings, case studies, and articles. It also allows Users to contact the company via a contact form to inquire about services.
- The Administrator reserves the right to change, withdraw, or add new services. Users will be informed of any significant changes that may affect their rights or obligations.
- The provision of services is subject to the technical and legal capabilities of the Administrator and may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or security reasons.
§ 4. Technical Requirements
- To use the Platform, the User must have a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari), and have cookies and JavaScript enabled in their browser.
- The Administrator is not responsible for any malfunctions or incompatibilities of the Platform with the User's hardware or software.

- The User is obliged to read any changes to the Regulations. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been introduced is considered acceptance of the new terms.

- Any disputes arising from the provision of services will be resolved by the competent court for the Administrator's registered office.
- In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of French and European Union law shall apply.
